Ellenbrook was planned as a set of villages, each with its own design theme, and almost nine in ten homes are separate houses. That makes the garage door one of the biggest visible surfaces on most Ellenbrook frontages, and one of the easiest ways to lift the look of a home.
The Perth Garage Door Company supplies and installs sectional and roller doors across Ellenbrook, from the first villages to the newest releases.
Matching your door to your village
The first villages, Woodlake (1995), The Bridges (1997) and Coolamon (1999), now have homes approaching 30 years old. Homes from these villages may still have their original door and opener. Later villages such as Malvern Springs, Lexia and Annie’s Landing have newer homes where owners often want to upgrade a standard builder’s door.
Before changing colour or style, check whether your estate has design guidelines or a restrictive covenant on street-facing elements. We can work with the Colorbond range to match a door to your roof, gutters or trim.
Sectional or roller for an Ellenbrook home?
- Sectional doors suit most double garages under a standard roof. They sit flat against the ceiling when open and give a clean, panelled look. Popular upgrades are wood look Timberlook finishes and window inserts.
- Roller doors suit garages with limited ceiling space, single garages and rear sheds. They are the most affordable automatic option.
Prices
A double sectional door, installed with motor, 2 remotes and wall button, starts from $2,912. A double roller door starts from $2,688. Full details are on the price guide.
Families and garage door safety
With so many young families in Ellenbrook, safety features matter. Modern openers reverse when they meet an obstruction, and photo-electric beams add another layer. Read our guide to keeping your garage door safe from children.
